Saint-Nazaire, facing the sea

Flats for professionals working away from home

Three high-comfort flats for people on assignment — shipyard and site contracts, training, temporary work

Looking for somewhere to stay while you work away from home? Our house has what you need.

It is divided into three separate flats, all fully renovated and carefully furnished. The location is hard to beat: an open view of the sea, the beach, the Port Désiré marina, the fishing huts, and sunsets worth stopping for.

There is also a shared walled garden of 160 m², a shaded terrace, and free public parking close by.

Shops and services are all within walking distance: bakery, butcher, florist, grocery, newsagent and tobacconist, pub, pharmacy, bank, the Picard frozen food shop and Fillaud cycles.

All around you the setting is a good one, with open space and places to enjoy yourself: the long seafront promenade, the Parc paysager, the Jardin des plantes, the coastal path, the Léo Lagrange swimming pool with its leisure pools and its Olympic-size pool, and the covered market at Les Halles.

Being both in town and on the seafront puts us within quick reach of the port, the railway station (8 minutes by car) and the hospital. The house is also well served by public transport.

Saint-Nazaire, Ville-Port and Ville-Jardin

Saint-Nazaire is shaped by industry, shipbuilding and its port — hence Ville-Port. But today, the well-known Port City sets out to become a Garden City as well, a Ville-Jardin. With its many squares, its landmark parks and gardens, its promenades, its coastal path, its ponds, its walking routes, its shore fishing, its cycle lanes and its brand-new open-air theatre, it has kept its word: giving everyone a chance to unwind, and travelling workers a breath of fresh air and a taste of the good life.

The house is open all year round.

You will be welcomed in person when you arrive. Available seven days a week for any question.
